It shines in political decks and control shells, especially with board wipes like Supreme Verdict that reset the board while you hide behind Pramikons unique battlefield rule

The spell gives you less total power on its own, but if your deck can easily get big creatures out, then Overrun to make them a bit bigger and to give them all trample is a great finisher
