Its a tough sell to try convincing someone that the brand-new card they just opened in their prerelease sealed pool is in fact wrong, especially if they werent plugged into the ongoing spoilers leading up to the event weekend
A five-mana artifact that taps to draw a card isn't amazing, but it's OK and the synergy is cute enough to be worth considering for a lower-powered Omo list
I haven't seen a specific deck coalesce around this ability yet, but there are a hundred different intriguing options from using Donphan ex with the new Phanpy or Gyarados ex with Magikarp's 'Leap Out' power
Further Upgrades The first cards I'd pick up to further juice up the deck would be untapped mana-fixing lands: Watery Grave, Shipwreck Marsh, Underground River, Morphic Pool, Darkslick Shores, Polluted Delta, Sunken Ruins, Undercity Sewers, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and then maybe a couple more Island / Swamp fetches
