If you get to untap with this enchantment you effectively spent zero mana on, you go straight to ten(!) Thats right, instead of playing something on your turn, then something on your opponents turn, you can just tap all your lands in your end step with the trigger on the stack

Still, I think The Wandering Minstrel is a great budget option for anyone putting together a five-color deck that focuses on lands - like a Maze's End deck - or just a "good stuff" deck

This is why investing in graded cards is a peg down and is only one degree harder than investing in sealed product
