I really like this in Commander with leaders like Muldrotha, the Gravetide that wants to load up the graveyard with goodies for recasting and Sidisi, Brood Tyrant that wants to hit creatures in its self-milling to make Zombies
But I dont see any reason why Wizards would be interested in doing that
