They're not authorized for sanctioned tournaments, and you can't sell them as official Magic: The Gathering cards or use Wizards of the Coast's trademarked logos commercially

If you are somehow generating one toughness tokens then it is incredibly efficient but even when your not it still offers great value and a variety of applications above and beyond pure card advantage
On top of all that you have a card that does the "flowchart" style presentation without coming across as scattered as something like Bonecrusher Giant
It doesnt get more super than that
