this skirt is in 2 layers

and the waist is quite firmly at 26 inches

and i would date it to the 90s ish and it’s made in the usa :) could def use a good steam or iron hehe…

blue distressed hippie dress cottagecore there’s also a lil stainthis is such a gorgeous dress. brand is papa and its a size medium. tbh its not in awesome shape, its got a pretty sizeable hole in the skirt in the front and a smaller one in the back. still very wearable though, the holes are farther down on the skirt! the length from shoulder to bottom is 44 inches and the waist is 34 inches but it has elastic on the back so it can accomodate like 38 inches i would say.
