Domaine Pouderoux, Côtes Catalanes Blanc 'Serbat' - 2024 White These are fused with blueberrySerbat is made from 100% Rolle ,from the blend of two plots: black shale at the top of the vineyard at an altitude of 300 meters at the foot of Serbat, and limestone marl along the Maury river. The harvest is manual, with selection and sorting by plot. The grapes are pressed directly and vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats and in demi muids of 2 wines. Aging lasts 6 months in demi muids , on fine lees with stirring.
