Highwayman Distillery 'Batch 2.5 Dry Bone Fino' Various Size Samples Stout Cask 'Barrel House XB' (46% ABV)The first ever Australian whisky release aged in a Fino sherry cask! This whisky is triple matured seeing its first 2 years in multiple 40L first fill American oak ex bourbon casks. These casks were then tipped and married together into a vat before seeing their second maturation in a 120L Spanish oak ex Fino sherry cask. For its last maturation the whisky was then put back into a full size 200L American oak ex bourbon barrel to finish off. 240
